We have been performing Commercial Surveys to the ALTA/ACSM
(American Land Title/American Congress on Surveying and Mapping)* standards for the past ten years.
We have learned to utilize one man RTK (Real Time Kinematic) and robotic theodolites to reduce
the field expense of these very detailed surveys. Alta surveys are priced by estimating the number of
hours to complete. We will give a “not to exceed” total price quote before starting, and will bill
either by the hour or the “not to exceed” quote, whichever amount is more favorable to the customer.
